*Once we have received your reservation request and the times requested are available, you will receive a confirmation e-mail along with the rental agreement.
Fri/Sat night time 6:00pm until midnight - $100.00
Additional Hours - $10/per
*This rental is for the Clubhouse only, patio tables are not included unless you rent the patio.
Patio Rental Fees
Weekday 4 hours - $25.00
Sat/Sun/Hol daytime 4 hours - $35.00
Fri/Sat night time 6:00pm until midnight - $35.00
Additional Hours - $5.00
*Patio Rental is for 4 tables and 16 chairs.
Grill Rental Fees
You may also reserve the grill/ picnic table/ round table [for an hour and a half] – no fee – please be neighborly and share the grill space with other community members.
*A deposit in the amount of $200.00 is required at the signing of this agreement and will be returned in full within three (3) business days unless there are any damages.
